The Testo Saveris temperature and humidity monitoring system is an easy to install radio and Ethernet data monitoring system for applications that require continuous temperature and humidity measurement. The Saveris systems consists of a base station, radio or Ethernet probes, and routers/converters (if necessary) allowing for custom configurations suitable for nearly any application.
Testo Saveris Base
The base is the heart of Testo Saveris. Capable of supporting up to 150 radio or Ethernet probes or 254 measurement channels, the base connects to a PC where the software will help users configure probes and store data for analysis. The Saveris base can save 40,000 readings per measurement channel independent of the PC. The system data and alarm events are visible on the display of the Saveris base. The base will issue an alarm, by means of an LED or optional relay output or SMS message, if any preset limit value is exceeded.
Testo Saveris Radio Probes
The Testo Saveris radio probes measure temperature and humidity. During the measuring cycle, the probes save recorded data and send it to the base unit at preset intervals. If a limit value is exceeded, a radio link is established immediately. Through bidirectional transmission, the radio probe and the base are in mutual contact. This ensures that the measurement data is only recorded by the base and is not interfered with by other radio signals.
In open space, Testo Saveris radio probes can transmit up to 300 meters at frequency of 868 MHz or 100 meters at 2.4 GHz. In buildings or other situations where signals can be impeded, the Testo Saveris radio link can be improved or lengthened by using a router (available as an accessory).
Testo Saveris radio probes are available in versions with internal and external sensors allowing for adaptations for every application. The radio probes are available with or without a display. Current measurement data, the battery status and the quality of the radio link are shown on the display.
Testo Saveris Ethernet Probes
In addition radio probes, the Saveris can utilize probes directly connected to the Ethernet. An existing LAN infrastructure can be used for this, allowing the data transfer from the probe to the base, even over long distances.
Testo Saveris ethernet probes contain an internal memory as well as a display that shows the current measurement data as well as the probe status.
Radio probes can be converted to Ethernet probes by using a converter (available as an accessory) which plugs into an Ethernet jack. This combines the flexible connection of the radio probe with the use of an existing Ethernet system even over long transmission paths.
The Testo Saveris is available as the base station alone or in a number of packages.
